Q7. Why won't the avi scenario building training video run on my machine?

A7. The avi training video was produced with Camtasia, a screen capture tool. By default Techsmith TSCC codec is used. The advantage is that the TSCC codec gives you lossless files, i.e. there is no loss of quality - the quality
is 100%. In many cases the files are also smaller than when using other Microsoft codecs.

However, we have found many machines do not have this codec. To remedy this (and view the video) either download and install the free codec found here, or the free Camtasia player found here.
