Q10. I can't seem to get the Server Player going? Who can help?
Installation can sometimes be tricky as Institutions differ in
their use of proxies and network setups. Setup needs to be done
by someone skilled in the appropriate server technologies. Be sure
you've got the latest version (see the support
and updates page).
If tweaking fails, contact Matt
Taylor at CBIT, with a description of the problem and he may
be able to help. Be as specific as you can. Bear in mind that CBIT
is not obliged to help with a tailored setup but they are likely
to, as they want to see the software used. Give them as much feedback
as you can.
