  <title>Public Scenarios now easier to find</title>

<description>20th November, 2008.  Added a new page and link on the menu frame, giving the public scenarios more visibility. 
Also added two new scenarios to the site, an ethics training misadventure and a scenario dealing with how NOT to mount a distance 
education course.
